As Managing Director of Scotiabank Turks and Caicos, Cecil grew sustainable annual revenue to nearly $30 million and maintained an overall market share above 50%, earning recognition as the best bank in the region. He holds a Strategic Organizational Leadership & Management Master Certificate from Michigan State University and an Ivey Leadership Certificate from the University of Western Ontario. Cecil is a certified coach and mentor, dedicated to guiding aspiring leaders. Married to Lavern since 1987 and a father of three, he enjoys mentoring, running, walking, and biking.
